The Solo Practice Client Paperwork Kit

Intake form, consent & liability waiver, deposit/cancellation policy, and no-show follow-up emails — four documents built specifically for a one-person massage or bodywork practice, not adapted from a clinic or salon template where half the fields don't apply to you.

Launching this week. The kit is written and being finalized for delivery — pricing will be $19 one-time, delivered as a PDF you can start using immediately. Want to know the moment it's live (and get a launch discount)? Email us and we'll let you know.

What's in it

Why we made this

Two things we wrote kept saying the same thing. Our guide on digital intake and consent forms and our guide on reducing no-shows both land on the same point: your booking software can enforce a policy, but deciding what that policy actually says is still on you. This kit is that starting point — written for a one-person practice specifically, with placeholders you fill in rather than a template built for someone else's business.

Every document that carries legal weight (the waiver, the policy) says plainly that it's a starting template, not a substitute for a local lawyer or your professional association reviewing it for your state or province — we'd rather tell you that upfront than have the kit sound more finished than a template can honestly be.

Who this is for

Solo massage therapists and bodyworkers — mobile, home-studio, or renting a single room — who want to stop re-writing the same policy conversation over and over, or who are setting up a practice for the first time and don't want to start from a blank page.
